Day 2 of this Detox Thing

Today I went to work and made it through the day not hungry at all.
I had a revelation today as well. I was praying to God asking him to help me through this cleanse, and it came to me. Somewhere in the world, possibly somewhere in my neighborhood, somewhere out there. Someone didnt get a drink of water, nor did that have food today. So I was thankful that at least I did have something to wash down. Even if it wasnt solid food.
As strange as that may sound. I found comfort in that.



Last night was not good. I took the Laxative Tea and it rumbled my stomach alllllllllllll night long, but nothing came out. I tossed and turned, got up tried to go, tossed turned got up, tried to go, the pain was excruciating. My stomach was fighting a battle that it was determined to win. Its like my stomach didnt want to let go, and I wanted what ever it was out.

Luckily when the alarm finally sounded at 6AM I felt a jolt almost as if it timed my wake up to a T, I said ok this is it, but then I got worried, I was thinking oh no how long is this going to last, am I going to be late for work, but to my surprise it was 2 smooth releases and it was over...LOL
I went to look at the label on the Tea and it was a slow working laxative tea, it said "take at night before bedtime for morning relief"...
What happened to the in between RELIEF time?
Wish it would of put a warning letting you know that you would be up all night rumbling =(


Tomorrow I will do the Sea Salt Saline Cleanse. I'm so afraid of that. I dont want my stomach falling out......
